I. NOTICE AND AGENDA REGARDING the REGULAR MEETING of the SANGAMON COUNTY RURAL FIRE RADIO SYSTEM GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE to be held on 31 May 2023 at 11:00 AM at 2000 Shale St. Springfield, II.

a. Determine Committee members and start date for writing Policies, procedures, SOP and rules
b. Discussion and recommendations on who will administer and enforce them once written
3. Status and decisions about simulcast of paging on 800 MHz and VHF
