5. Approval of Resolutions & Ordinances.
a. Resolution approving the low bids for the FY2024 Township aggregate supply contracts.
b. Resolution appropriating Motor Fuel Tax funds for county engineer salary and expenses.
c. Resolution approving an Agreement between Sangamon County and the Illinois Department of Transportation to transfer Surface Transportation Program Funds for State Funds.
d. Resolution approving the purchase of a 2024 Ford F150 pickup from Landmark Ford.
e. Resolution approving the purchase of a 2024 Vermeer BC1000XL chipper from Vermeer Midwest via joint purchasing contract.
6. Committee Approvals.
a. Approval for a Purchase Order in the amount of $14,200 for the repair of guardrail on CH 45 (Loami Bates Road) by Clevenger Contractors, Inc.
b. Approval to dispose of the following equipment by auction:
i. #66-2001 John Deere 6410 Tractor
ii. #92-2001 John Deere 6410 Tractor
iii. Alamo Versa Boom mower attachment (side mount)
c. Pre-Travel approval for County Engineer Brian Davis to attend the THE Conference February 27-28, 2024 at the University of Illinois.
d. Pre-Travel approval for Assistant County Engineer Arlin Williams to attend the THE Conference February 27-28, 2024 at the University of Illinois.
