1. Resolution to award a construction contract to the lowest responsible bidder for a bridge replacement project in Elkhart Townships on 1039th Avenue east of Elkhart. Section 21-07125-01-BR. Letting was February 27th

2. Resolution to award 2024 Township MFT contract for Bituminous Materials (furnished & applied) to the lowest responsible bidder. Letting scheduled for March 5th at 10:00am.

3. Approve an engineering agreement with Veenstra & Kimm to design a rail crossing  improvement at 300th Street in Lake Fork Township. Section 24-11110-00-FL

4. Annual report on bridge conditions

5. Report on large culvert conditions and funding
