Approval of Minutes from March 26th 

New Business 

Sheriff, Jack Campbell 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Control Room Operator at an annual salary of $37,551 effective 4/15/24; the previous employee left the position at an annual salary of $37,551 on 3/9/24 and left the payroll system on 3/15/24. 

2. Approval to hire a replacement Jury Liaison at an hourly salary of $18.30 effective 4/9/24. The previous approval to hire expired. This position has been vacant for over 1 year. 

OEM, Bill Lee 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Emergency Management Specialist at an annual  salary of up to $65,000 effective 4/9/24; the previous employee left the position at an annual salary of $57,925.53 and left the payroll system on 11/17/23. 

Child Advocacy, Denise Johnson/Jen Dowd 

1. Purchase Order-Lamar OCI North, LLC for CASA Billboard Contract in the amount  of $9,000. 

Veterans Assistance Commission, Ashti Dawson 

1. Approval to Hire a Replacement Administrative Assistant at an annual salary of up to $33,206 effective 4/9/24; the previous employee left the position on 3/26/24 at an annual salary of $34,000 and will leave the payroll system on 4/12/24. Requesting waiver of the 30 day lag, due to staff shortage. 

2. Approval to Promote and Adjust Salary for David Rieger effective 4/1/24. His title  will change from Administrative Assistant to Associate Veteran Service Officer. His salary will change from $34,000.01 to $36,409.

Human Resources, Charlie Stratton 

1. Approval to Hire Denise McCrady as Temp Hire/Benefit Coordinator effective 4/9/24 at an hourly salary of $36.63. Requesting waiver of the 30 day lag. This is a critical position for the County. 

Circuit Clerk - Joe Roesch/Paula Crouch/Erin Tozer 

1. Approval to hire an Evidence Custodian-Part Time at an annual salary of $28,200 effective 5/6/24. This is a new position. 

2. Approval to hire a replacement Deputy Clerk-Court Clerks Division at an annual salary of $36,929.11 effective 4/29/24; the previous employee left the position on 3/21/24 at an annual salary of $36,929.11 and left the payroll system on 3/29/24.

3. Approval to hire a replacement Deputy Clerk-Traffic Division at an annual salary of $36,929.11 effective 5/13/24; the previous employee left the position on 3/28/24 at an annual salary of $36,929.11 and will leave the payroll system on 4/12/24.

4. Approval to hire a replacement Deputy Clerk-Traffic Division at an annual salary of $36,929.11 effective 4/29/24; the previous employee was promoted on 3/29/24 and left the position at an annual salary of $36,929.11.

State's Attorney - John Milhiser 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Clerk/Typist at an annual salary of up to $36,000 effective on or after 4/9/24; the previous employee left the position on 2/20/24 at an annual salary of $35,043 and left the payroll system on 3/1/24. 

Court Services - Kent Holsopple 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Administrative Support Professional at an annual salary of $33,961 effective 5/6/24; the previous employee was promoted on 4/1/24 and left the position at an annual salary of $33,961.
