On April 26, 2024, communities across the nation will participate in Take Back Day, an event dedicated to the proper disposal of old and unneeded medications.

"Take Back Day is a free event for communities nationwide to properly dispose of old and unneeded medications," said the organizers.

The primary objective of Take Back Day is to provide a safe and convenient method for individuals to clean out their medicine cabinets and ensure that prescriptions do not fall into the wrong hands.

"This day aims to provide a safe and convenient way to clean out medicine cabinets and keep prescriptions out of wrong hands," emphasized the organizers.

Individuals are encouraged to find their nearest collection site to participate in this initiative.

"Find your collection site below," urged the organizers, directing people to visit www.DEATakeBack.com for more information.

Don't miss this opportunity to contribute to a safer and healthier community by safely disposing of your old and unneeded medications on Take Back Day.
