Sangamon County Employee Services Committee met May 6

Here are the minutes provided by the committee:

PRESENT: Tim Krell – Chair, Pam Deppe – Vice Chair, Marc Ayers, Tony DelGiorno, Jeff Thomas and Paul Truax

MEMBERS NOT PRESENT: none

OTHERS: Charlie Stratton, Jeff Wilhite, and Mary Carter (secretary)

A quorum was present. Chair Krell called the meeting to order at 5:00pm.

Truax made a motion to approve the minutes from April 1st and Deppe seconded. Motion carried (6-0)

New Business

Human Resources, Charlie Stratton

• Approval to Hire a Benefits Coordinator/Payroll Tech at an annual salary range of $55,628- 69,535 effective 5/15/24; the previous employee left the position on 3/22/24 at an annual salary of $53,116.44 and left the payroll system on 3/29/24. DelGiorno made a motion to approve and Thomas seconded. Motion carried (6-0)

Acceptance of Purchase Reports-Deppe made a motion to approve and Ayers seconded. Motion carried (6-0)

There was no public comment.

DelGiorno made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Truax. The motion carried (6-0) and the meeting was adjourned at 5:02pm.
