Camp Compass is a free summer learning initiative for underserved elementary students in Springfield, Illinois District 186 Public Schools. It aims to prevent summer learning loss and enhance reading and math skills. The program seeks to reduce achievement and opportunity gaps between low-income students and their higher-income peers through a mix of academic and enrichment activities.
