State Representative Mike Coffey (R-Springfield) will be hosting a Touch-A-Truck Event on August 2nd at Lincoln Park in Springfield, starting at 10:00 a.m. Parents and children from the community are encouraged to attend for the opportunity to explore fire trucks, police cars, and meet first responders.
“I’m excited to host an event that teaches kids about our first responders and what a typical day is like for them,” said Rep. Coffey. “This opportunity gives kids a chance to explore fire trucks and police cars up close and talk directly to our first responders. I’m looking forward to seeing everyone this Friday!”
