Illinois College women’s cross country competes at Bradley Intercollegiate Championships

The Illinois College women's cross country team participated in the Bradley Intercollegiate Championships at Detweiller Park in Peoria, Illinois. This was their second event of the season.

Morgan Carrino led the Lady Blues, finishing 66th overall with a time of 20:56.48. Caroline Peters followed closely, securing 70th place with a time of 21:31.56. Kairy Mercado-Ramos finished nine spots behind Peters, clocking in at 22:06.78.

Claire Peters completed the course in 22:29.19, earning her the 83rd position. Hannah Claghorn rounded out the team's performance by finishing 87th with a time of 23:29.19.

The Lady Blues are scheduled to compete next on October 4th at the NCAA Division III Pre-National meet in Terre Haute, Indiana. The race is set to begin at 6:30 p.m.
