a. Resolution approving the purchase of a 2025 International tandem axle truck with dump body and plow equipment from Rush Truck Centers on the State of Illinois Joint Purchase Program.

b. Resolution approving the transfer of real estate property from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources to Sangamon County for the purposes of constructing Phase III of the Sangamon Valley Trail.

c. Tabled Resolution

i. Resolution approving the award of low bid for CH 43 pedestrian crosswalk warning construction.

6. Committee Approvals.

a. Approval to purchase Right-of-way from William Mayfield for the construction of Phase III of the Sangamon Valley Trail.

b. Approval to hire one (1) Mechanic II.
