Rep. Nikki Budzinski has taken to social media to address several key issues, including prescription drug costs, political promises, and infrastructure projects in Illinois. Her tweets reflect her legislative priorities and concerns about current political actions.

On February 7, 2025, Rep. Budzinski tweeted about the need for congressional action to lower prescription drug costs. She stated: "It’s time for Congress to take action to lower prescription drug costs. My BLOCKING Act would take on drug monopolies that drive up prices and allow cheaper, generic options to enter the market."

Later that day, she expressed criticism of former President Trump with a tweet posted at 20:01 UTC: "President Trump promised to support working people. This is him actively defying that promise and extinguishing their voice."

In another post made at 20:58 UTC on the same day, Rep. Budzinski highlighted her meeting with the new Secretary of the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), Gia Biagi. She tweeted: "It was great to meet with the new @IDOT Secretary Gia Biagi and talk about important infrastructure projects in Central and Southern Illinois! In Congress, I will keep working to protect funds that will improve transportation for Illinoisans."
