Logan Schweigert scored IC's sole run in the third inning with an RBI from Connor Hennemann. Dawson Vernier pitched for 5.1 innings, allowing two runs on seven hits and striking out three batters. Reliever Connor Akstulewicz secured two outs quickly to maintain IC's competitive stance, but they could not overcome Millikin's pitcher O'Donnell, who completed the game.
