3. Purchase Order and County Board Resolution-Seico to upgrade the security system in the amount of $39,790.
4. Resolution to approve the application and forward to Finance for acceptance of the Start Early Grant from the Start Early (a contractor to DHS Healthy Families Division) in the amount of $623,322. This is a renewal. Matching funds are required.
