Coroner's Office: 

1. Intergovernmental Agreement for participation in the Illinois Coroners and Medical  Examiners mutual aid agreement. 

2. Approval to adjust salary for Death Investigator II Jimmy McFadden effective 7/23/25.  His salary will change from $45,765.92 to $51,765.92.

Sheriff's Office: 

1. Resolution to approve the application and forward to Finance for acceptance of the FY26 MEG/TF Violent Crime Intelligence Task Force Grant from the Illinois State Police in the amount of $25,000. This is a new grant and no matching funds are required. 

2. Changed Purchase Order-Rudin Printing for SCSO printing. The purchase order will change from $4750 to $9750. 

3. Changed Purchase Order and County Board Resolution Allison Long DMD for annual inmate dental. The purchase order will change from $21,195.60 to $35,000. 

4. Purchase Order-Gatekeeper Consulting for background investigations services in the amount of $20,000. 

5. Purchase Order-Ray O'Herron Co Inc for Explorer program clothing/equipment in the amount of $3,742.02. 

6. Approval to adjust salary for Megan Antonacci, Administrative Assistant effective 7/27/25. Her salary will change from $54,157.35 to $62,200. Her grade will change from 10 to 11. 

7. Approval to promote and adjust salary for Lieutenant John Osmer effective 8/19/25. His salary will change from $111,762 to $136,583. His title will be Captain. 

8. Approval to promote unknown from Corrections Officer to Corrections Sergeant effective 7/23/25 at an annual salary range of $50,010-83,728. 

9. Approval to hire a replacement Jury Liaison at an hourly salary of $18.30 effective 7/23/25. Previously approved in June 2024 and has passed the expiration date. 10.Approval to hire a replacement Control Room Operator at an annual salary of $37,551 effective 8/18/25; the previous employee left the position on 7/11/25 at an annual salary of $60,466 and will leave the payroll on 7/18/25. 

11. Approval to hire a replacement Control Room Operator at an annual salary of $37,551 effective 8/4/25; the previous employee left the position on 6/27/25 at an annual salary of $37,551 and left the payroll on 7/3/25. 

12. Approval to hire a replacement Control Room Operator at an annual salary of $37,551 effective 8/18/25; the previous employee left the position on 6/30/25 at an annual salary $44,580 and will leave the payroll on 7/18/25.
