Robby Biesenthal led Illinois College to a second-place finish at the Titan Opener, held Friday evening at Maxwell Park in Bloomington, Illinois. Biesenthal finished third overall with a time of 16:14.8, leading four Blueboys runners who placed in the top ten.
Nick Hannig finished eighth with a time of 17:09.6, followed by Zac Howard in ninth at 17:17.1 and Jack Rogers in tenth at 17:24.0. Camden Pierce secured eleventh place with a time of 17:28.7, while Caden Dettmer finished thirteenth in 18:20.8.
The Blueboys will compete next at the UIS Prairie Stars Invite on Friday in Springfield, where the first race is scheduled for 5:30 p.m.
