The Illinois College women's soccer team played Augustana to a 0-0 draw Wednesday night at Thorson-Lucken Field in Rock Island, Illinois. The result brings Illinois College's record to 2-0-1 for the season, while Augustana stands at 0-1-1.
During the match, Illinois College recorded ten shots compared to eight by Augustana. Abby Keeton, Holly Morehart, and McKenzie Murray each had two shots for Illinois College. Additional attempts came from Abbi Renwick, Jourdan Stevens, and Lexi Van Dyke.
Goalkeeper Stella Gonzalez played the entire game for Illinois College and achieved her second shutout of the season with five saves.
