The Illinois College Lady Blues golf team finished fourth at the SLIAC Golf Championship held at Birch Creek Golf Club in St. Louis, Missouri, closing their 2025 fall season with a team score of 1,028. This score ranks as the sixth-lowest 54-hole total in the program’s history.

First-year player Macie Petropoulos led the Lady Blues by finishing 12th individually, recording rounds of 81-81-82 for a total of 244. This result is the eighth-best individual 54-hole score in school history. Petropoulos was named SLIAC Newcomer of the Year and earned Second-Team All-Conference honors.

Senior Emily Guest posted rounds of 89-79-82 to finish at 250 and concluded her collegiate career with a personal best round on day two. She also secured Second-Team All-Conference recognition.

Other notable performances included Shelby Seiler, who shot an opening-round 88, and Karlie Basler, who carded a 91 to complete Illinois College’s top four scores.

Grinnell College won the championship and will advance to the NCAA Tournament. Lake Forest and Mississippi University for Women placed just ahead of Illinois College in the final standings.

This event concludes the Lady Blues’ fall schedule; they are set to resume competition in the spring.
