State Representative Wayne Rosenthal (R-Morrisonville) has co-sponsored House Resolution 524 during the Veto Session to recognize retired Litchfield Police Chief Kenny Ryker for over 23 years of service to both Litchfield and Illinois residents. The resolution was presented at the Illinois Capitol.
Retired Chief Ryker attended the ceremony at the State Capitol, accompanied by his nephew Collin Moseley, parents Lee and Rhonda Ryker, Representatives Blaine Wilhour and Wayne Rosenthal, wife Ashley, and son Braydon Ryker.
Rosenthal is a Republican who began serving in the Illinois State House in 2023 after being elected to represent the state's 108th House District. He succeeded Charles Meier in this role.
