VILLAGE BOARD IN ATTENDANCE
Brian Long, Chair; Beth Fox, Trustee; Pam Gray, Trustee; Krista Sherrock, Trustee
OFFICIALS IN ATTENDANCE
Michael Stratton, Village Administrator, Deputy Clerk; Sean Bull, Marketing & Events Coordinator
OPENING
1. Roll Call Vote. Chair Long called for roll call by the Deputy Clerk. All members of the Committee were present.
2. Pledge of Allegiance. Beth Fox led the Committee in Pledge of Allegiance.
PUBLIC IN ATTENDANCE (FROM SIGN IN SHEET)
1. Noone was present to address Committee
COMMITTEE DISCUSSION
1. Discussion of Splash Pad Operations, Functions, Mechanicals, Fees, Rules and Group Packages.
2. Discussions regarding upcoming Village Events and Calendar for 2026 by Sean Bull.
3. Discussion regarding playground equipment upgrades for Ridge Lake Park and Waldrop Park to be presented to Board for action.
4. Discussion regarding progress of pickleball courts at Sherman Village Park

AJOURNMENT:
Chair Long noted there were no further matters to come before the Committee. Chair Long requested a Motion to adjourn the public committee meeting. Motion by Trustee Fox; seconded by Trustee Gray. Voice Vote with the Ayes having it 3/0. Motion Passed. Meeting adjourned at 6:54pm.
