The Springfield-Sangamon County Regional Planning Commission of Illinois was presented a preliminary plan from Fuhrmann Engineering during a Land Subdivision Committee meeting held earlier this month.
Presenting the plan was Pete Wagner, representing the company. The plan involves work on the corner of Linton Avenue and Professional Drive in Springfield. The commission noted that the plan will require conditions in order to provide authorization for the plan to continue.
Among these conditions were the additions of depictions of the water main in existence to the Car-X building and the fire hydrants located across Linton Avenue. In addition to these, the plan will need to be formatted to ensure that dimensions are legible. Members of the commission noted that at the presented state many of the dimensions overlapped with each other.
The plan is also required to have right-of-way widths identified for both streets and that all data used is listed or identified. This plan was approved by the commission after a unanimous vote with these and other conditions taken in consideration.
During this meeting, board members were asked if there were changes that needed to be made to the Fab. 4 minutes of the Land Subdivision Committee Meeting; none were reported.
