The Sangamon County Court Services Committee held a special meeting on Monday to make hiring decisions for several positions.
The committee was expected to approve the hiring of a new records specialist clerk at an annual salary of $26,374.72, effective this week; a new court clerk at an annual salary of $26,374.72, effective May 23; and a part-time position at a rate of $10 per hour, effective June 1.
The committee plans to meet again on May 5.
