Chatham trustees consider proposed changes to city liquor code

At a meeting this week, the Chatham Village Board considered amending the city liquor code by raising the number of licenses, adding new license levels and changing the regulations on liquor in video-gaming establishments.

The board also considered a request to waive the rental fee for Jaycee Park to hold the second-annual Susan Baird Memorial Softball Tournament.

The board also considered a request for a zoning variance to allow an accessory structure  at 800 Homestead Drive that exceeds 17 feet.
