ACTION:

1. Conduct a public hearing submitted by Stephen & Theresa Calvert to consider a petition for a rear yard setback variance for the address at 53 Woods Mill Road, in Sherman, IL 62684, further identified as Parcel ID No. 07-30.0-377019, Lot 28 Birch Lake Estates (Final Plat listed under Fancy Creek Estates (Woods Mill Rd.). This notice was posted in The State Journal Register on September 19, 2016 in compliance with the Sherman Village Code.

PUBLIC COMMENT / QUESTIONS: At the public hearing, all persons interested will be given an opportunity to provide oral and written testimony. The hearing may be continued to another date by motion of the Zoning Board of Appeals at the hearing without further notice.
