The campaign committee Building on Excellence - Yes for Referendum for Ball-Chatham Schools owes a $200 fine imposed on Jan. 6, 2014 with Keith Anderson listed as the responsible officer, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show nine area campaign committees owe a combined total of $36,192.70 in pending fines.
