Dads for Plains owes $5,000 in fines

The campaign committee Dads for Plains owes a $5,000 fine imposed on Sept. 29, 2011 with Thomas Gustafson listed as the responsible officer, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show nine area campaign committees owe a combined total of $36,192.70 in pending fines.
