Sangamon County Young Republicans owes $992.67 in fines

The campaign committee Sangamon County Young Republicans owes a $175 fine imposed on Sept. 4, 2012, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $817.67.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show nine area campaign committees owe a combined total of $36,192.70 in pending fines.
