Accept resignation of Matt Butcher from Planning & Zoning Commission

Appoint member to Planning and Zoning Commission to October 7, 2019

Public Forum-Welcome Citizens and Guests to the Rochester Village Board meeting

This is the time during the meeting that the Public is allowed to participate and address the Village Board (If you have difficulty hearing, please let the president know)

Old Business:

Discuss the FY 2018 Budget

New Business:

Motion: to approve the contract for fireworks and authorize IMLRMA additional insurance clause

Motion: to approve the special event permit for District 23 scheduled for May 19, 2017

Motion: to accept the proposal of Estes, Bridgewater, & Ogden for the annual audit FYE 4/30/17 $15,750

Motion: to authorize for 4’ sidewalks in Oak Mill Estates Subdivision Third Addition (35-2-7)

Motion: to accept the recommendation of the Planning & Zoning Commission for the plat revision for 510 Old Timbers, Rochester, IL
