Sangamon County Collective Bargaining Committee met June 12.
Here is the minutes provided by the Committee:
Present. Todd Smith - Chairman, Tom Madonia, & Clyde Bunch
Not Present: Tom Fraase
Others: Raylene Grischow & Bruce Stratton
Chairman Smith called the meeting to order at 5:03 pm. Chairman Smith asked if there was any public comment. There was none. Madonia made a motion to approve the May 8th minutes and Bunch seconded. Motion carried (3-0).
Chairman Smith asked for the committee to go into executive session. Bunch made a motion & Madonia seconded. A roll call vote was called. All answered "I". Motion carried (3-0). The committee went into executive session at 5:04 pm.
Bunch made a motion to come out of executive session at 524p. Madonia seconded. A roll call vote was called. All answered "I". Motion carried (3-0).
Madonia made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Bunch. Motion carried (3-0) and the meeting adjourned at 5:25 pm.
