Sangamon County Civil Liabilities Committee met June 15.
Here is the minutes provided by the Committee:
Present: Mike Sullivan-Vice Chairman, Lisa Hills, David Mendenhall, Sam Snell, Greg Stumpf, Joel Tjelmeland and Linda Douglas-Williams
Not Present: Pam Deppe and Craig Hall
Others: Brad Hammond, Todd Smith, Dwayne Gab & Mary Carter (secretary)
Vice Chairman Sullivan called the meeting to order at 516p. Snell made a motion to approve the minutes from May 18th. Hills seconded and the motion carried (7-0)
The meeting was held in the Auditors office where Brad Hammond gave a presentation on the annual insurance report. He let the committee know that our spending is trending in a good way & the claims for this year are less than last year at this time. Gab commended Brad for giving the committee a great overview.
Dwayne Gab told the committee that there wasn’t anything to update them on so there was no reason to go into closed session.
The requisitions were reviewed and signed.Hills made a motion to approve the requisitions and Tjelmeland seconded. Motion carried (7-0).
There was no old business or public comment. Stumpf made a motion to adjourn and Douglas- Williams seconded. Motion carried (7-0) and the meeting adjourned at 5:42 p.m.
