Sheriff, Wes Barr

• Approve to hire a replacement Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $33,875 effective September 11, 2017; the previous employee left the payroll system on August 11, 2017

• Approve Edward Byrne Memorial Assistance Grant with anticipated grant revenue of $39,054; matching funds not required

Public Health, James Stone

• Approve to hire a replacement Clerk Typist II – Building Division at an annual salary of $33,648.69 effective September 21, 2017; the previous employee was promoted within the department effective August 21, 2017

• Approve to hire a replacement Clerk Typist II – Clinic at an annual salary of $33,648.69 effective October 4, 2017; the current employee will be promoted within the department effective September 4, 2017

Regional Planning, Norm Sims/Shannan Karrick

• Approve travel request for Brian Sheehan to attend the Designing for Bicycle Safety Course held in Chicago, IL on August 28-29, 2017

County Administration, Brian McFadden

• Approve and Authorize the Execution of an Intergovernmental Agreement by and between the Village of Rochester, the Rochester Public Library District, the Rochester Fire Protection District, the Lincoln Land Community College District #526, the Sangamon County Water Reclamation District, the Rochester Township and the County of Sangamon (Tabled 05/09/2017)
