 Call to order the CFPD Regular Meeting.

 Roll Call of CFPD Board Members.

 President, Gerald Hughes; Secretary, George Perkins; and Treasurer, Gary Mueller

 Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting and Closed Session.

 Review of August 8, 2017 minutes and actions re same.

 Acceptance of Treasurer’s Report.

 Presentation of Bills and/or Invoices for Payment. (Review / Discussion / Approval or Denial)

 Public Comment. (Rules regarding Public Comment are available beforehand upon request and available at meeting).

 Five (5) minutes made available for each individual addressing the CFPD.

 Review of CFD Treatment & Transport Survey’s correspondence.

 Old Business. (Review / Discussion / Approval or Denial)

 Amendment to Contract For Sale of Real Estate between Janet Marsha Currie Trust and the Chatham Community Fire Protection District and actions re same.

 Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus notice and bid proposal approval and actions re same.

 New Business. (Review / Discussion / Approval or Denial)

 Vendor list additions and actions re same.

 Request for funding for replacement of computers: 3 CPU’s and 1 laptop computer along with three new monitors for a cost not to exceed $3,700.00 and actions re same.

 Special Consideration Operating Guideline 602, Personnel Position Descriptions updates to be effective October 1, 2017 and actions re same.

 Kashima Rhone, review of evaluation and determination of percentage of salary increase and actions re same.
