Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting and Closed Session.

Review of September 26, 2017 minutes and actions re same.

Acceptance of Treasurer’s Report.

Presentation of Bills and/or Invoices for Payment. (Review / Discussion / Approval or Denial)

Public Comment. (Rules regarding Public Comment are available beforehand upon request and available at meeting).

Five (5) minutes made available for each individual addressing the CFPD.

Review of CFD Treatment & Transport Survey’s correspondence.

Old Business. (Review / Discussion / Approval or Denial)

Amendment to Contract For Sale of Real Estate between Janet Marsha Currie Trust and the Chatham Community Fire Protection District and actions re same.

New Business. (Review / Discussion / Approval or Denial)

Vendor list additions and actions re same.

Bill Rose, reimbursement of tuition costs for Management III course in Wheaton, Illinois, Nov. 6th – 10th and actions re same.

Bill Rose, reimbursement of tuition costs for Management IV course in Wheaton, Illinois, Nov. 27th – Dec. 1st and actions re same.

Discussion of personnel issues with Jim Sinclair in closed session and actions re same.

Discussion of 2017 tax levy and actions re same.
