Approve to hire a Heavy Equipment Operator at an annual salary for a Pay Grade 7 ($34,306-$48,027. 10). The previous employee left the payroll on September 14, 2017.
o Approve promotion/salary adjustment for David B. Johnson from Construction Engineer to Asst. County Engineer for Construction & Operations with an increase in annual salary from $80,803.28 to $84,439.43 effective October 16, 2017.
