Springfield graduate Sam Bonansinga had 11 receiving yards, one touchdown catch and one reception in Southern Ill. Salukis football's 42-7 loss Oct. 14 to the Illinois St. Redbirds at Saluki Stadium.

Bonansinga is a 5-11, 188 pound freshman wide receiver from Sacred Heart-Griffin.
