Sangamon County Civil Liabilities Committee met October 19.
Here is the minutes provided by the Committee:
Present: Craig Hall - Chairman, Mike Sullivan - Vice Chairman, Pam Deppe, David Mendenhall, Greg Stumpf, Joel Tjelmeland and Linda Douglas-Williams
Not Present: Lisa Hills & Sam Snell
Others: Dwayne Gab, & Mary Carter (secretary)
Chairman Hall called the meeting to order at 515p. Mendenhall made a motion to approve the minutes from September 21st. Douglas-Williams seconded and the motion carried (7-0)
New Business;
Dwayne Gab- Gab was present to update the committee on a few cases. Tjelmeland made a motion to go into closed session at 516p and Sullivan seconded. Motion carried (7-0)
Stumpf made a motion to come out of closed session & Deppe seconded. Motion carried97-0)
The requisitions were reviewed and signed. Tjelmeland made a motion to approve the requisitions and Douglas- Williams seconded. Motion carried (7-0).
There was no old business or public comment. Douglas- Williams made a motion to adjourn and Deppe seconded. Motion carried (7-0) and the meeting adjourned at 5:24 pm.
