Williams Township Cemeteries Board of Trustees met Nov. 13.

The Williams Township Cemetery Board was called to order at 6:43 P.M. by President Nadine Hayward. In attendance were Trustees Mark Phillips and Duane Weiss.
The October 9, 2017 minutes were reviewed and Duane Weiss made a motion to accept the minutes and Mark Phillips seconded. Motion approved.
The monthly finances were reviewed and Duane Weiss made a motion to approve with Mark Phillips providing the second. Motion approved.
Nadine Hayward states that she will call Harold Carter regarding planting trees at Walnut Hill. He said last month that it was still too early in the year.
Last week, Nadine Hayward and Duane Weiss went to Menards and purchased 10 bushes at 75% off for a total of $56. They are to be planted on both sides of the dirt pile at Walnut Hill to create a “living fence”.
Mark Phillips has the well forms down and are level at Wolf Creek and is ready for concrete. He has also cut the pump away with a torch.
Duane Weiss states that Frank says the hydraulic pump on the dump truck is getting slow. Duane and Mark will look into this.
Duane Weiss made a motion to adjourn and Mark Phillips seconded. Meeting adjourned at 7:23 P.M.
