Kevin Handy Spoke on air conditioning at the grade School. In order to put air conditioning in the ceilings have to be taken down and more than likely will have to be replaced due to breakage of tiles. He said the building would be torn up all summer. Kevin wanted to know if the referendum didn't pass, would the district still go ahead with the project. He Stated it is both costly and time consuming to draw up different plans. When asked about geo-thermal, Kevin said the ground where the wells would be drilled is owned by Tomlinson Trust. Charlie questioned if the amount of money it cost to install it is worth the 3 months that its used. Jeff wanted to know how often a construction observer would be on site during the project. Kevin Said probably once a week, depends on contractor. Doug would like to have a breakdown of cost before the next community meeting.
