Williams Township Cemeteries Board of Trustees met April 9.

Here is the minutes provided by the Board:

The Williams Township Cemetery Board was called to order at 6:26 PM by President Nadine Hayward. In attendance were Trustees Mark Phillips and Duane Weiss. No guests were present.

The March 12, 2018 minutes were reviewed. Duane Weiss made the motion to approve the minutes as written and Mark Phillips provided the second.

The monthly finances and payment of bills were reviewed. Mark Phillips made the motion to accept the finances and bills as presented. Duane Weiss seconded the motion.

Nadine Hayward explained that some of our goals for FY18 may have to be scaled back.

The goals for all three cemeteries is to clean them all up for Spring. The dirt pile has to be moved to the south and east.

Duane Weiss made a motion to purchase the trailer from the Village of Williamsville for $1000. Mark Phillips made the second.

Nadine Hayward purchased yellow sweatshirts for each Cemetery employee so as to look more professional during funerals. It was a unanimous opinion that we should have them monogramed.

Duane Weiss made a motion to adjourn, Mark Phillips seconded. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
