Attendees: Advisory Board Members: Jim Potts, Ron Krause, Tim Hurie, John Whitehurst and Emily Schirding. County Commissioner Troy Cummings. Heritage Enterprises: Marge Oblinger.

I. Approval of minutes: Motion by Tim, second by John - approved
a) Countryside Estates: 19/21
Sunny Acres Nursing Home - Census Review:
II. Discussion
a) Financials were reviewed by Marge Oblinger
b) Quarterly Capital Improvement Review – the list of recommended Quarterly Capital Improvements was reviewed.
c) Elevator Repair – this item was tabled – one more bid is pending
d) Communications System Status – this has not yet gone out for bid
e) POC Handheld Devices are scheduled for arrival by the end of the week; then training will be scheduled.
f) Agency Usage/Personnel Changes were reviewed by Sarah Yoder
g) Sarah noted that a water heater needs to be replaced and will cost approximately $6,000.
h) Additional information on plumbing leak issues was requested from Terry.
