City of Springfield issued the following announcement on July 13.
The new Kidzeum of Health and Science will be opening Saturday, July 21. The opening is in
partnership with the Old Capitol Farmers Market. This day-long celebration will be complete with family
activities, music, performances, street art and food. The ribbon cutting starts at 10:00 a.m. with doors
opening at 10:30 a.m. The street party will run from 12:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
