City of Springfield issued the following announcement on July 13.
On July 20 & 21, dental professionals will be providing complimentary cleanings, fillings, extractions and
limited partials at the BOS Center in downtown Springfield. This service is made possible by the Illinois
State Dental Society Foundation’s Illinois Mission of Mercy. Hundreds of dental professionals will be
volunteering their time, along with physicians, nurses, pharmacists and even lay volunteers. Patient
