The special meeting of the Board of Education of the Athens School District, Athens, Illinois was called to order by President Penrod on May 7, 2018 at 7:02 p.m.

Members Present: Gordon, Mayfield, Penrod, Shiffer, Woodrum

Members Absent: Epperson, Ingram

Administrators Present: Laird

There were no visitors present.

There were no comments from visitors, petitions or communications during the special meeting.

Approval of Agenda

Motion by Mrs. Mayfield, seconded by Mr. Gordon to approve the agenda as presented. Roll Call: Yeas: Mayfield, Gordon, Penrod, Shiffer, Woodrum                             Nays: 0

General Discussion Regarding Construction Manager

Todd Cyrulik, of BLDD Architects, was present to discuss the options between a fixed fee versus percentage of the project for Construction Manager service.
