Chatham Police Department issued the following announcement on Oct. 5.
The Lincoln Land Community College Honors Program is collecting Halloween costumes for all ages with the goal of getting them to those who cannot afford costumes this year. They will take complete, partial, or damaged costumes. There is a drop off box in the CPD lobby and all donations will go to those in need.
For those with kids, this could be an excellent opportunity to go through and get rid of all those old costumes the kiddos have still laying around. Thanks in advance to all those who donate!
