Auburn Public Library District Board meeting: October 16, 2018 7:00pm
(Call to order 7:00pm roll call of trustees to establish quorum, recognition of visitors)

I. Swearing in of Trusteesa.

II. Jeff gave his resignation. He is moving out of state.
III. Election of Officers: Jeff made a motion to appoint Ashley Foster as President; Carrie Pillischafske as Treasurer; Lacy Straeder as Secretary. Monica Garrett seconded the motion; the motion unanimously passed.
a. Each board member accepted the officer board positions.
b. Each board member signed new oaths
