AMERICAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE IN POLAND: Cushman & Wakefield to hold Coworking in Poland – What’s Next? conference

Seminar

American Chamber of Commerce In Poland issued the following announcement on Jan. 23.

On 13 February 2019, global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield will host a conference Coworking in Poland – What’s Next? at WeWork’s office in the CeDeT building in Warsaw. The conference is dedicated primarily to tenants, developers and investors. The event, which is expected to be attended by more than 150 participants, will be an opportunity to present the latest data about the growth of coworking spaces in Poland and abroad. Guest speakers will talk about how investors and tenants perceive this market segment.

The Polish office market is transforming at a very rapid pace and adapting to growing occupier requirements. Coworking spaces are no longer just a mecca for freelancers, but a mainstream alternative to traditional offices. Coworking providers are the fastest-growing group of tenants continually looking for prime locations across Poland.

What type of tenants are attracted by the prospect of co-sharing office space? Why do large corporates lease coworking desks? Does the presence of coworking providers add value to a building?

The above questions will be addressed by speakers at the conference Coworking in Poland – What’s Next?: Soren Rodian Olsen, Partner, Capital Markets, Cushman & Wakefield, who will chair a discussion “Coworking tenancy vs. investment market - added value or reduced liquidity?" and Anna Górska-Kwiatkowska, Associate, Office Agency, Cushman & Wakefield, who will moderate a panel "Coworking & Corporations".

The event will held in English only and is free of charge upon registration.
