How did Raymond Poe spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Republican Raymond Poe's election campaign committee, Friends for Poe, spent $4,276 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Poe's committee spent the most on payroll in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,800) going to Stacey Bishop in Sherman. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Poe's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
