Non partisan Andrew Proctor's election campaign committee, Citizens for Andrew Proctor, spent $993 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Proctor's committee spent the most on food for fundraiser in the quarter, with all those payments ($550) going to JoJo's in Springfield. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Proctor's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
