4. Approval to hire a replacement E. I. Service Coordinator at an annual salary of up to $62,833 effective 11/24/25; the previous employee left the position on 10/10/25 at an annual salary of $55,450.49 and left the payroll on 10/24/25. 

5. Purchase Order and Resolution-Heartland Housed for providing narcan distribution services in the amount of $150,000. 

6. Purchase Order and Resolution-Morgan County Health Department for providing narcan distribution services in the amount of $80,000. 

7. Purchase Order and Resolution-Sinclair Broadcasting for narcan advertising services in the amount of $50,000. 

8. Purchase Order and Resolution-Lamar for providing narcan advertising services in the amount of $45,740. 

9. Purchase Order and Resolution-Firelake Manufacturing for purchasing a new animal incinerator in the amount of $85,500. 

10. Purchase Order-Lamar Texas Limited Parnership for PrEP advertising services in the amount of $4,260. 

11. Purchase Order-Central Illinois Communications for narcan advertising services in the amount of $6,000. 

12. Purchase Order-Central Illinois Communications for PrEP advertising services in the amount of $12,500. 

13. Purchase Order-Sinclair Television of Illinois for PrEP advertising services in the amount of $10,000.
