Non partisan Andrew Proctor's election campaign committee, Citizens for Andrew Proctor, spent $1,179 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Proctor's committee spent the most on digital ads in the quarter, with all those payments ($317) going to Facebook in Menlo Park. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Proctor's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
