How did Mark Landers spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Republican Mark Landers's election campaign committee, Friends of Mark Landers for Sheriff, spent $7,873 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Landers's committee spent the most on yard signs in the quarter, with all those payments ($4,871) going to The Sign Guy LLC in Omaha. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Landers's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
